On Windows, after configuring the database and other configuration files as essentially covered in Configure Linux ServerWeb Services (for configuring an Apache instance) you will need to modify the shard_start_cmake.bat and modify the MODE environment variable. This should point to the relative path of your build directory. By default it is configured to run the Release mode:
